She has held senior roles across several leading central IRBs, including Independent IRB, Schulman, and Advarra, and is frequently consulted for her deep regulatory expertise. Julie has overseen numerous FDA inspections and successfully managed multiple accreditations and certifications through AAHRPP and ISO. She holds an MBA with a focus in leadership.
