Amanda is the EVP of Partnerships & Delivery at 1nHealth. She has spent her career supporting clinical trial patient recruitment across a range of therapeutic areas, working closely with sponsors to build strong relationships and grow key accounts. Her background in behavioral science shapes how she builds teams, structures conversations, and approaches problems.

At 1nHealth, Amanda leads two business units that operate as one: Partnerships, which drives business development and sponsor relationships, and Delivery, which spans project management and enrollment operations. The structure ensures programs are set up well from the beginning and run smoothly through execution.

She is highly organized and unapologetically Type A, a trait that serves her well both professionally and at home. Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her kids, has a soft spot for animals, and will never say no to candy.
