When Amy Sitnick walks into a meeting, she brings more than just a PowerPoint deck—she brings purpose. As Vice President of Marketing at Greenphire, a leading fintech company in the clinical trial space, Sitnick is at the helm of a movement that’s changing how research gets done: with patients—not just data—in mind.
Greenphire isn’t your average tech company. It’s built around a clear, powerful mission: to simplify the financial logistics of clinical trials so patients around the world can participate more easily. And Amy Sitnick is the one making sure the world knows about it.
“My job is to tell the story of innovation,” Sitnick explains. “From the incredible minds in our product and IT teams to the frontline heroes in operations, every part of our organization plays a role in making clinical research more accessible, equitable, and efficient.”
With a career rooted in B2B financial services, including roles at PNC Bank, FS Investments, and SEI, Sitnick brought a sharp strategic lens to Greenphire when she joined in 2018. But what keeps her there—what fuels her every day—isn’t just metrics and messaging.
It’s impact.
“We spend so much of our time at work,” Sitnick says. “It’s rewarding to spend my days within life sciences and technology to ensure that all people have the equal ability to improve their health—as well as their loved ones’. It’s that vision which drives me to do more and better every single day.”
