Bio: Leanne is the Executive Vice President at Soglia, a division of Entrada. As a Patient Experience Organization, or PXO, Entrada is driven to reimagine the way patients interact with pharmaceutical companies throughout their treatment journey. With over 25 years of experience in clinical research and coaching, Leanne has a deep understanding of the patient journey, the regulatory environment, and the challenges and opportunities in the life sciences industry. Leanne brings a unique human-centered perspective to patient recruitment and engagement, committed to helping patients feel more in control of their health journey. She is always passionate about impacting the industry in meaningful ways and bringing life-changing treatments to patients who need them.  Leanne also hosts the Clinical Research Coach podcast, where she documents patient perspectives and current topics in clinical research, and shares best practices and tips for success. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she empowers her team, clients, and listeners to achieve their goals and make a positive impact in the world.

Why I’m passionate about patient engagement: “All patients deserve the promise of hope. When my husband was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer, our world was turned upside down. It became my job to advocate for him and ensure we understood all of the available options. That chapter invited me to grow in ways I never imagined. It was hard- it was gritty, but it gave me an appreciation of what patients and families go through. My mission is to reimagine the patient experience- leveraging technology and human connection to create a better experience for patients, study sites, and clients. Being considered for this award is meaningful because it honors the bigger intention: ensuring every patient feels seen.”
