What's your current role at 1nHealth?
As an Associate Product Manager, I get to blend my love for problem-solving with creating solutions that make our teams’ lives easier (and a little less stressful). It’s a role that keeps me constantly learning, refining, and finding new ways to turn feedback into improvements that actually help people.
If someone shadowed you for a day, what would surprise them most about your job?
They’d probably be surprised at how much my day changes depending on what’s needed.
Every day is something new and exciting to work on. One day, I’m deep in the weeds writing engineering tickets for new features, and the next, I’m hopping between departments, hearing first-hand where teams are feeling pain points.
I get to solve problems by being a translator between tech and people, and I love every part of it.
What’s a moment in your role that gives you a “this is why I do this” feeling?
It’s that touchdown feeling when a feature we’ve built takes a weight off our teams’ shoulders and you can actually see their moods lift. Moments like that make all the collaboration, testing, and iteration worth it. It’s proof that what we build really does make a difference.
How do you relax and re-energize outside of work?
For me, getting outside and unplugging is a great way to hit the reset button. After a full day of screen time, nothing beats connecting with nature… whether it’s a walk, a hike, or just some fresh air.
It’s my go-to way to recharge and come back ready to embrace the next challenge.
What’s something you’ve learned at 1nHealth that you think everyone should know—whether they work here or not?
The right mix of hard work, creativity, and teamwork can solve problems that see, impossible. It’s less about having all the answers and more about being willing to find them together. When everyone brings their strengths to the table and stays open to new ideas, even the toughest challenges start to feel achievable.
