Bio: Dr. Joel Ebuh is the CEO of Gadolin Research and a forward-thinking clinical trialist known for advancing patient-centered, inclusive research in Southeast Texas. Over more than nine years of leadership, he has built a reputation for conducting high-quality, community-driven trials across therapeutic areas such as Neurology, Psychiatry, Vaccines, Allergy and Immunology, OB/GYN, Obesity, and Diabetes—fields that disproportionately affect underserved populations. Dr. Ebuh’s approach emphasizes accessibility, cultural competence, and trust, ensuring that each trial reflects the real-world experiences of diverse patients. His career began in public health at Meharry Medical College, with subsequent roles as Clinical Research Manager and Director of Laboratory Services. He holds a Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine and a BA in Biochemistry from Texas Tech University, and is an active member of several industry organizations including SCRS, ACRP, and the Global Alzheimer’s Platform. Dr. Ebuh is committed to redefining clinical research through community engagement, cultural humility, and patient trust.
